Located at the heart of the wine region of Lisbon, the Quinta do Sanguinhal with its beautiful French gardens and refurbished old cellars is a unique location for of any type of event.
We are 40 minutes away from Lisbon, near the medieval town of Óbidos, the beaches of Peniche, Baleal and Nazaré and close to several golf courses with quick access to the A8 or A15 motorways.
Facilities
Quinta do Sanguinhal has 4 large rooms which are surrounded by gardens and woods that are fit to host all kinds of events:
- - An old cellar with an ancient pressing room still fit with six stones and wood winepresses is totally restored and is generally used as the reception-room or dining-room. It has seating capacity for 90 people.
- - A large room with a seating capacity for 500 people (round tables).
- - A cellar that is used for the ageing of Liquor Wines and Brandies is also used for corporate presentations and similar events.
- - A huge distillery from a bygone era, which has been totally refurbished, is used for seminars, exhibitions and the like.
- - Beautiful gardens and woods that can be used for walks or any type of open-air event.
- - We can also provide a full service that includes catering (with several menus to choose from) and decoration, if so desired.
- - Private car parking.
